My theme, as President of CILT in 2014/15, focuses on developing people. The success of any business depends not just on having good ideas or products - it depends on having the right people with the right knowledge and skills who are able to deliver results. In my presidential year I am focusing on growing our membership, enhancing and strengthening our mentoring scheme and raising the profile and value of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for From the CILT President, all our members.
