It aims to provide an opportunity for scientists, researchers, scholars, and engineers from all over the world to present recent advances, new techniques, and applications in the field of civil, environmental, and ecological engineering and exchange new ideas. Following the successful holding of the last three ACEER conferences, we received 110 submissions, and 33 of them were accepted after an intense and strict peer review. The acceptance is about 30%. On behalf of the conference committees, I want to extend my gratitude to all the keynote and invited speakers, authors, and listeners who have taken part in this event. On the other hand, I am very grateful to the Technical Program Committee members as well as the reviewers who have devoted time to evaluate the papers and provide professional guidance and advice on the conference program. Finally, I would also like to express sincere thanks to all who have helped in making the conference a success. It is hoped that the conference results will lead to significant contributions to the knowledge in these up-to-date scientific fields.
