The delivery of furniture is only one part of our business concept. Purchasing products
manufactured by OFFECCT is a long-term investment. Therefore we do not consider a delivery
complete until we know the customer is 100% satisfied.

Deliveries
Our order confirmation will state the date of dispatch from our factory in Tibro, Sweden.
Regular terms of delivery within Europe, depending on country, are DAP.
Depending on destinations the terms for other overseas deliveries are FCA or DAP.
When the goods is dispatched, a notification will be sent by e-mail. The notification includes
information about the carrier, tracking number, amount of collies etc. If you need more
information, you are welcome to contact our logistic department.

SIS, (the Swedish Standard Institute), grants all fabrics marked with the
EU-flower follows the European environmental demands for textiles.
Climatex
Climatex upholstery fabrics fulfill the highest expectations with regard to well-being, beauty, safety, and
longevity. The material is breathable, keeps the seat surface dry even after long seating periods, conti-
nuously balances changes in body temperature and reflects thermal radiation. Biologically regenerative
raw materials are used to produce Climatex fabrics. They are picked and processed according to the
Cradle to Cradle principle and are certified with Cradle to Cradle Gold.
