The problem is that too many of us fall into the weight loss marketing trap: paying lots of cash for processed, packaged “diet” food that’s loaded with junk, from artificial colors and flavors to nasty preservatives. Crash diets, starvation, and fake food (yes, that’s “fake food,” as in made in a science lab!) loaded with fillers and chemicals aren’t the solution to looking fabulous forever.
