In the Appendix will be found, as formerly, useful details regarding Postal and Telegraph arrangements, also local and general information. The Plan of the Town is by John Bartholomew & Co., Engravers, &c, Edinburgh, and having been care- fully corrected up to date, it may be accepted as thoroughly accurate.
