The Plaintiff learnt that the
Defendants had adopted and using
the mark Shikari Shambhu a as title
of their movie to be launched.
The Plaintiff through their Advocate
sent a cease and deslst notice
The Advocate of the Defendanb
sent a brief about the storyline of
the movie to be released under the
title Shikari Shambu.
The Advocate ijf the Plaintiff as per
the telephonic discussion with the
Advocate of the Defendanb sent the
do and don't's for issuing the license
to use the mark Shikarl Shambu as
the title of the movie to be released
by the Defendants
