Back issues (Winter 1994-present) maybe purchased at $5.00 per number, or $20.00 pervolume. Queries are free to subscribers (four/year, pendingspace). Members and readers are invited to submitprimary resource material concerningPitt County, NC, and its adjacent counties, preferablyin the form ofphotocopies ofthe original document(s). A clean, typed, transcript wouldbe acceptable. Please state, clearly, the location ofthe original material; copyrighted material mustbe accompaniedby a statement ofpermission from the holder. Deadlines for submission are one month prior to the date ofthe number (i.e., the November issue deadlinewouldbe October 1, preceding). The Quarterlyis produced on a Macintosh computer.
