Notes
1. A home rule charter will take effect in 2021 in Braddock Borough, Allegheny County.
2. A boundary dispute is in litigation between Dunnstable and Woodward Townships, Clinton
County (Prothonotary, No. 2017-00486).
3. A government study commission was elected in 2018 by Wheatland Borough, Mercer County.
4. A government study commission was elected in 2019 by Mahanoy City Borough, Schuylkill
County.
