FOREWORD
The Registers of Attorneys and Agents Registered to Practice Before the United
States Patent Office are official records of the Patent Office comprising the name,
address, business or firm affiliation, if any, enrollment classification, registration num
ber, and bar membership, if any, of each individual admitted to practice before the
Patent Office. The Registers are maintained current with changes recorded upon
receipt of notices of change from registrants and upon direction of the Committee on
Enrollment, and are open to public inspection in the Patent Office in Washington, D.C.
The publication is an extract of the official Registers containing the names and
addresses of all individuals and firms as recorded in the Patent Office in December 1965.
Registrants who are officers or employees of the U.S. Government cannot, other
wise than in the discharge of their official duties, represent inventors before the Patent
Office (18 U.S.C. 203, 205). Further, some registrants have indicated that, because
of their employment by corporations or for other reasons, they are not available to
accept new clients. An asterisk ( *) appears in the listings beside the name of each
registrant who is not available to accept new clients.
The publication is composed of two sections as follows:
Individuals in the United States and foreign countries.
Firms in the United States and foreign countries.
The listing of registrants is alphabetical by surname. Firms are listed alpha
betically by the first surname in the firm name.
