The world of barbecue offers an endless range of recipes that you can’t get enough of. From mild to super punchy flavors and tastes, there is something for every occasion. So, in this cookbook, we tried to tackle thirty of our favorite recipes while considering that simplicity is key for many cooks these days. We explored barbecue recipes across fish and seafood, meats, vegetables, and fruits and we really did like the outcome. Hence, we share them with you for your pleasure. Simple Salmon Barbecue Salmon is a tasty fish by itself but when you work in an effortless carom BBQ seasoning, you sure can say you achieved something spectacular. Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins Serves: 4 Ingredients: 2 tbsp cooking oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 large green chili, minced 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp coriander powder ½ tsp red chili powder ½ tsp carrom powder 1 tsp cumin powder Salt to taste 3 salmon fillets, cut into cubes Instructions: Preheat grill to medium heat. In a bowl, add all ingredients except salmon. Mix well. Add salmon and toss until fish is well-coated. Thread fish on kebab skewers. Place fish skewers on grill grates and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and flaky. Transfer fish skewers to a plate and serve. 2. Lemon Garlic White Fish Don’t fret about making this fish dish cumbersome. Simply, season with lemon and garlic and allow the smoke from the grill to infuse the fish with amazing flavors. Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins Serves: 4 Ingredients: 4 white fish fillets, halibut, cod, etc. 3 tsp canola oil Salt and black pepper to taste ½ tsp garlic powder 1 lemon, quartered Chopped fresh chives for garnish Instructions Preheat a grill to low-medium heat. Season fish on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Squeeze some lemon juice on fish. Place fish on grill grates and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and flaky within. Transfer fish to a plate, garnish with some chives and serve with lemon quarters. 3. Old Bay Grilled Fish Old Bay seasoning and fish go way back but we decided to bring it to life again in this cookbook. It is simple; grab your favorite store-sold Old Bay seasoning and grill your fish. Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins Serves: 4 Ingredients: 4 (4 oz) fish fillets, of choice 4 tsp olive oil ½ tsp salt or to taste ¼ tsp black pepper or to taste ½ tsp paprika 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning ½ lemon Chopped fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: Preheat a grill to low-medium heat. Brush fish on both sides with olive oil. In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, paprika, and Old Bay seasoning. Season fish on both sides with seasoning. Place fish on grill grates and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and flaky. Transfer fish to a plate, squeeze on some lemon juice and garnish with parsley. Serve warm. 4. Salmon Pineapple Skewers You can’t go wrong with pineapple on the skewers and then grilled? Now, even better, it cooks along with some salmon. Tell us this is not the ultimate treating. Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins + 10 mins marinating Serves: 4 Ingredients: Pineapple and sauce: 1 cup finely chopped pineapple 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp soy sauce, low-sodium 2 tsp dark sesame oil 3 tbsp honey 2 tsp finely grated ginger ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro Skewers: 8 wooden skewers, pre-soaked in water Cubed pineapples 1 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch cubes 2 (4 oz) salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 tbsp vegetable oil + extra for brushing Salt to taste Instructions: Preheat grill to low-medium heat and brush grates with olive oil.
