Paladin eichwaldi; Trilobita): neotype designation conserved

(1 ItisherebyconfirmedthatthespecificnameeichwaldiFischervonWaldheim
inEichwald,1825,aspublishedinthebinomenAsaphuseichwaldi,istobeinterpreted
by reference to the neotype (specimen no. TML 1557/5107 in the Tshernyshev's
Museum, St Petersburg, figured by Weber, 1937, pi. 7, fig. 15) designated by
Osm61ska(1970).
(2) ThenameeichwaldiFischervonWaldheiminEichwald, 1825,aspublishedin
the binomen Asaphus eichwaldi and as defined by the neotype designated by
Osmolska (1970), confirmed in (1) above, is hereby placed on the Official List of
SpecificNamesinZoology.
