NOTIFICATION
The 4th January, 2017

S.R.O. No. 28/2017— Government of Odisha after careful consideration have been
pleased to revise schedule of payment as in Sl. No. ix notified vide this Department
Notification No. 7441, dated the 19th March, 2016 towards Design, Built, Operate,
Maintain & Transfer (DBOMT) of Hybrid Toilet as below to facilitate mobilization of
required funds for timely completion of construction of Hybrid Toilets by Sulabh
International Social Service Organisation (SISSO) :
1. 10% of estimated cost after technical Sanction
2. 30% of estimate on completion of plinth level
3. 30% of estimate on completion of lintel level
4. 20% of estimate on completion of roof casting
5. Balance 10% of estimate on completion and commissioning.
This has been concurred in by Finance Department vide their UoR No.3971-PSF.,
dated the 19th December, 2016. It will be come in to force from the date of issue of
this Notification.
