ORDER
The 19th January 2015
No. 1781—HUD-TP-POLICY-0001/2015-HUD.—In continuation of this Department
Order No. 7678—Reforms-UR-10/2010-HUD., it is hereby clarified that delegation from
Development Authorities to Urban Local Bodies under Section 111 of the Odisha Development
Authorities Act, 1982 will include following :—
(a) Issues related to Building Plan approvals
(b) Lay out/ Subdivisional Regulation approval cases
(c) Authority to deal with unauthorized constructions.
