RESOLUTION
The 17th January 2015
In pursuance of the decisions of the 10th meeting of the High Level Monitoring Committee
(HLMC) held on the 14th November 2014 under the Chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, Odisha
on utilization of the grants recommended by the 13th Finance Commission, the State Government,
after careful consideration have been pleased to modify the point(e) of Para. 3 of the Home
Department Resolution No. 31978-HS., dated the 21st July 2011 as follows.
“The Remuneration of the Court Managers is enhanced from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 55,000 per
month with effect from the 1st April 2014.
All other Paras. along with terms and conditions as mentioned in the aforesaid Home Department
Resolution No. 31978-HS., dated the 21st July 2011 remain unchanged.
The above Order will come into force with immediate effect.
