NOTIFICATION
The 13th January 2015
Amendment to the provision of superannuation and retirement
In exercise of the powers confered under Section 48 of State Financial Corporation Act, 1951
(LXIII of 1951), the Board of Directors of Odisha State Financial Corporation in consultation with the
Small Industries Development Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Government of
Odisha has made following amendment to the provision under Regulation 18 of O.S.F.C. Staff
Regulation, 1975 to be insterted in place of existing text under Regulation 18.
‘‘18. An employee shall retire at 60 (sixty) years of age’’
The above amendment shall come into force with effect from the 6th September 2014.
