STATE CO-OPERATIVE ELECTION COMMISSION, ODISHA
NOTIFICATION
The 6th January, 2015
S.R.O. No. 06/2015— In exercise of powers confirmed upon the Commission under
sub-section 7 of Section 28-AA of the Odisha Co-operative Societies Act, 1962, read with
sub-rule 2 of rule 3 of the OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992, the officers and
staff of the different Departments of State Government working in Puri District are further
appointed as follows to discharge the duties as assigned vide order No. 1144/SCEC.,
dated the 29th October, 2014 for conduct of election of Co-operative Societies under their
respective Jurisdiction subject to direction, supervision and control of the State Co-
operative Election Commission.

The Officers/Staff/Employees appointed are required to perform their duties as
assigned to them for smooth conduct of election of Co-operative Societies and deviation in
this regard in any manner would attract Penal Provision under sub-sections 11 and 12 of
Section 115 of OCS Act, 1962 and rules 56 of OCS (Elections to the Committees)
Rules, 1992.
