NOTIFICATION
The 22nd December 2014
No. 46831—HOME-HC-CRTN2-0024/2014-HS.—In exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Proceduce, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974),
the State Government after consultation with the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa do hereby
establish a Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class at Konark in addition to the existing
numbers of such Courts in the Judgeship of Puri with effect from the date the said Court
functions.
