NOTIFICATION
The 16th December 2014
No. 13779—FFY-0105/2014-FARD—In pursuance of Section 3 (a) of the Odisha Marine
Fishing Regulation Act, 1982, the State Government do hereby declare the following Range Officers
as ‘Authorized Officers’ to exercise the powers conferred on and discharge the duties imposed
upon them under this Act and Odisha Rules framed thereunder in addition to their own duties in the
entire State Coast but not beyond territorial waters.
The Director of Fisheries, Odisha will utilize the services of the said officers under the
purview of OMFR Act, 1982 & OMFR Rules, 1983 as and when required.
