NOTIFICATION
The 18th January 2014
No. 678—I-LR-07/2014-L.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32 of “The
Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (32 of 2012)”, the State Government do
hereby appoint Ch. Srinivas Rao, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor for the Special Court of
the District of Rayagada to conduct cases only under the provisions of the said Act. His fees and
other allowances shall be governed under “The Odisha Law Officers Rules, 1971” as amended
from time to time.
