(GP)-02/2013-SEC.—Whereas the Collectors, Sambalpur and Rayagada have submitted the proposal for fresh election to the office of Ward Member due to dereservation of seat for non-availability of eligible persons belonging to reserved categories of the concerned Ward Member as mentioned in the statement appended to this order. Now, therefore, the State Election Commission in exercise of powers conferred under Article 243-K of the Constitution of India, read with Section 13(2) of O. G. P. Act, 1964 and Rule 3- B(4) of O. G. P. E. Rules, 1965 hereby appoints the following dates and time for the fresh election to be held in respect of the offices of Ward Members as per the statement appended herewith :— SCHEDULE Sl.
