S.R.O. No. 31/2013—In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 5 of
the Odisha Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972 (Odisha
Act 21 of 1972), the State Government do hereby cancel the order issued in erstwhile Revenue and
Excise Department Notification No. 59233—CH(Legis)-48/1995-R., dated the 29th December 1995
under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act and published in the extraordinary issue of
Odisha GazetteNo. 25, dated the 5th January 1996 in respect of the areas Scheduled below :
