NOTIFICATION
The 12th January 2010
No. 253-LL-(III)-80/08/LE.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2)
of section 42 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment
and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (Act 27 of 1996), and in partial modification of this
department notification No. 1470-LL-III-62/03, dated the 11th February, 2004, the State
Government do hereby appoint the Director, Factories & Boilers, Orissa as the Chief
Inspector for the purposes of provisions mentioned in Chapter- VI and VII of the said Act
and the rules framed there under.
