No. 21— Consequent upon retirement of Shri H. K. Khamari, S.A.R.C.S. of A. R. C.S.,
Balangir Circle, who was the Assistant Election Officer of D. C. C. Bank Ltd., Balangir and as per
suggestion made by Election Officer, D.C.C. Bank-cum- A.I.C.S., Balangir and in exercise of
power conferred on me u/s 28 (A ) (2) of the O.C.S. Act, 1962 and Order No. 19992, Co-op. dated
the 21st September 1992 Government of Orissa, Co-operation Department, I, Shri R. K. Aind,
O.C.S.-I, Deputy Registrar of C.S., Balangir Division, Balangir do hereby appoint Shri B. K. Rath,
S.A.R.C.S. office of the Deputy Registrar of C. S., Balangir Division, Balangir to act as Assistant
Election Officer to conduct the election of Vice-President of the Committee of Management of
District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Balangir as per the provision of O.C.S. Act, 1962, O.C.S.
Rule, 1965, O.C.S. Election to the Committee Rule, 1992.
