ORDER
The 3rd January 2008
No. 28—In exercise of powers conferred on me under sub-section (2) of Section 20-A of the O.C.S.
Act, 1962 (Orissa Act 2 of 1963), read with No. 5360—XI-III-3/2001-legal-4 (a), dated the 1st March 2007 of
Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Orissa-cum-Chief Electoral Officer of Co-operative Societies, Orissa,
I, Shri M. N. Parida, Deputy Director of Fisheries (C.Z.)-cum-Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Cuttack
do hereby appoint the following officers mentioned in Column (2) of the Schedule given below as Election
Officers in respect of the P. F. C. S. mentioned in Column (3) against his name for conducting the election of the
Members, President and Vice-President of the Committee of Management to the respective P. F. C. S. until
further order.
All previous order in this respect are hereby suspended. This order shall come into force with
immediate effect.
