NOTIFICATION
The 1st January 2008
S. R. O. No. 31/2008 — In exercise of powers conferred under Section 23 of Orissa Estate
Abolition Act, 1951 (Orissa Act 1 of 1952), the State Government do hereby appoint the following
O.A.S., Class-II Officers in the districts/areas as noted against each in respect of all intermediaries
interest both trust and non-trust estates vested in the State Government within the jurisdiction of
Compensation Officer of the said districts/areas in addition to their own duties.
The Officer concerned shall not be disturbed unless and until further orders issued by the
Government so that the designated Officer will be given focus to O.E.A. cases without much of
other Misc. duties.
