You are requested to issue necessary instructions to the B.D.Os. and other field officials appointed by you as Election Officer under the Orissa Gram Panchayat Election Rules, 1965, Orissa Panchayat Samiti Election Rules, 1991 and Orissa Zilla Parishad Election Rules, 1994 in pursuance of Commission’s Order No. 3356, dated the 15th September 2006 and also give wide publicity to the above programme for fresh polls.
