Click Here & Upgrade Expanded Features DPDoFcumUnleimitned Ptagses Complete The Orissa G a z e t t e EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 26 CUTTACK, THURSDAY, JANUARY 12, 2006 / PAUSA 22, 1927 COMMERCE & TRANSPORT (COMMERCE) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 27th December 2005 No. 10530—GPP-69/2005-Com.—In pursuance of Letter No. SS-Misc.-(11)2005, dated the 4th July 2005 of Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai, Section 19(I)(3) of the Inland Vessels Act, 1917 is modified as follows :— “When an Inland mechanically propelled vessel registered in one State has been kept in another State for a period exceeding 3 years, the owner or master of the vessel shall make an application under Section 19K to the registering authority, within whose jurisdiction the vessel then is, for the transfer of registry from the registering authority of the place where the vessel is registered.” The above modification is applicable to State of Orissa only.
