(ML)-32/2005-SEC.—Whereas casual vacancies in the office of Chairperson of undermentioned Municipality/N.A.Cs have been reported by the Executive Officers concerned due to no-confidence motion passed against them ; Whereas, the Government in H. & U. D. Department have also published the council resolution in the Official Gazette. Whereas, it is necessary to conduct by-election to fill up the casual vacancies of Chairpersons Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 49 of Orissa Municipal Act, 1950 and Rule 68 of Orissa Municipal (Delimitation of Wards, Reservation of Seats and Conduct of Election) Rules, 1994, Commission hereby appoints following schedules, dates and time to conduct by-election to the office of Chairperson of following Urban Local Bodies :— Sl.
