Kemp, Secretary of State Preface This volume and Volume 30A together cumulate and replace the 2011 edition of Volume 30 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, as supplemented by the 2015 Cumulative Supplement. The 2011 Volume 30 and its 2015 Supplement may be recycled or, if so desired retained for historical purposes. This volume contains all laws specifically codified in Title 43, Chap¬ ters 1 through 32, by the General Assembly through the 2016 Session. This volume also contains case annotations reflecting decisions posted to LexisNexis® through May 6, 2016. These annotations will appear in the following traditional reporter sources: Georgia Supreme Court Opinions; Georgia Appeals Court Opinions; Southeastern Reporter, Second Series; Supreme Court Reporter; Federal Reporter, Third Se¬ ries; Federal Supplement, Second Series; Federal Rules Decisions; and Bankruptcy Reporter.
