Kemp, Secretary of State Preface Volumes 28A and 29 cumulate and replace the 2014 edition of Volume 29 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, as supplemented by the 2017 Cumulative Supplement. The 2014 Volume 29 and its 2017 Supplement may be recycled or, if so desired, retained for historical purposes. This volume contains all laws specifically codified in Title 40 (Chap¬ ters 6-16) by the General Assembly through the 2018 Session. This volume also contains case annotations reflecting decisions posted to LexisNexis® through May 12, 2018.
