Glossary Abbreviation Definition CIRIA Construction Industry Research and Information Association cSINC Candidate Site of Importance for Nature Conservation Critical Infrastructure Basic facilities and installations whose loss or compromise of would have a major impact on the well being of society. E.g. sewage works, water treatment works, electricity sub-stations.
