Specifically, Mr. Daniel Kaufman seeks a copy of "(Media) Material regarding 16 April 2013 attack on PG&E's Metcalf substation near San Jose, CA." Commission staff has identified four documents responsive to this request. Because Sonecon, LLC may have privileged and confidential interest in the enclosed documents, we are soliciting your comments on whether their release is required under the FOIA. Your written comments are due within five (5) business days from the date of this letter, and should clearly explain whether you oppose the release of these documents, or portions thereof, and the rationale for your position. The Commission will not be persuaded by conclusory statements as to why the information deserves protection. The Commission may construe a non-response as evidence that you do not object to releasing the document.
