According Hara (1979),1 5 species of Impatiens of Nepal in 1991 (Suzuki 1992),a nd Drs. Futoshi are knpwn from west Nepal. Among these,1. Miyamoto and Nobuhira Kurosaki have collected racemosa,I. radiata,a nd I. bicornuta are common 50 numbers of Impatiens from this area. Dorsal apex attenuate-acuminate,b ase attenuate,m argin petal pink,1 .3-1.5 cm long,1 .4-1.6 cm wide crenate-serrate,s parsely scabrid hairy on both when flattened,c ucullate,d orsally with ak eel-like surfaces. inconspicuous crest,c rest 2-3 mmh igh. Lateral Inflorescence very short racemose,0 .8-1.5 cm united petals deep pink,2 .7-2.9 cm long,u pper long,a xillary,w ith 1-3 flowers. Pedicel slender, lobe oblong,1 .2-1.3 cm long,0 .5-0.6 cm wide, 15-20 mml ong,s cabrid hairy,w ith ab ract at lower lobe triangular-ovate with attenuate apex, middle part. Bracts lanceolate with acute apex,ca . 1.7-1.9 cm long,1 .0-1.2 cm wide. Stamens 5, 6m ml ong. anthers without appendage. Fruits 2.5-3 cm long. Flowers 5.2-5.5 cm long,4 .2-4.6 cm deep, Specimens examined. Far W Nepal. Seti Zone: whitish yellow.
