2. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vibhu Bakhru will not be holding Court
today. Dates will be given by the Court Master.
Re: Miscellaneous documents lying under objection
till the year 2016.
Litigant/Advocates are requested to collect on or
before 15th October, 2017 the Process Fees, Replies,
Counter-Affidavits, Rejoinders etc. of W.P.(C), Civil
Appeals and Criminal Cases, lying under objections at
the Filing counter. In the event of their failure to
collect the same, they will be weeded out after 15th
October, 2017.
The Hon’ble Acting Chief Justice has been pleased to direct that to
facilitate the process of digitization of court records with effect from
09.10.2017, all fresh filing on the appellate side filing counter will be required
to be digitized at the time of filing as is being done on the Original Side and
the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court.
To facilitate this process, the vendor already working on the Original
Side will be providing the digitization services at the Appellate Side Filing
Counter.
The process of scanning/portfolio shall be as follows:
1. The Advocates/litigants to deposit a scanning fee @ Rs.0.60 per page
with the Scanning Agency at the Counter and attach a receipt of such
payment along with the paper-book filed in hard copy. The minimum
scanning fee will be Rs.5/-. The aggregate scanning charges will be rounded
off to the nearest multiple of Rs.5/-.
2. Once the matter is cleared after scrutiny it will be sent to the Scanning
Agency by the Registry.
3. The Scanning Agency will scan the papers, book-mark the same and
endorse the first and last page of the filed paper-book with the stamp
‘SCANNED’.
4. The scanned copy will be transferred and stored on the server of the
Court in a secured manner. The hard copy of the paper-book will thereafter
be sent to the Listing Branch for further processing.
5. In case, where the paper-book had been returned to Advocate/litigant
with some objections and the Advocate/litigant had added some more papers
in the paper-book while removing the objections or otherwise, at the time of
re-filing of paper-book, the Advocate/litigant will have to pay the difference of
the scanning fee to the Scanning Agency at the Counter and attach the copy
thereof at the time of re-filing.
The Advocates/litigants, may file CD/DVD instead of depositing
scanning fee, if they so desire.
This is to inform that the Special Division bench
comprising Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice and Hon'ble
Ms. Justice Anu Malhotra is sitting on every Thursday
and Friday w.e.f. 13.07.2017 to hear the matters
pertaining to 1984 riots at 2.30 p.m. onwards.
In partial modification of the earlier directions,
Hon'ble Mr. Justice C.Hari Shankar will hear Single
bench Civil Writ Petitions(Labour) from the Regular
matters list shown in the Cause List on every Thursday
and Friday at 2.30 p.m. onwards in Court No.12, till
further orders.

Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Delhi in Services Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
Services Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi proposes to empanel advocates as Standing Counsel
and Panel Counsel for Hon'ble High Court of Delhi & Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal. Principal
Bench, Delhi. Eligible and desirous advocates having required qualification and experience may apply in
the prescribed proforma.(Annx.1)
Essential Qualification
1. Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized university and registration with any Bar
Council in Delhi.
2. Professional experience:
a] Ten years of experience as a practising advocate and having experience in
handling 'services' matter for Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
b] Five years of experience as a practising advocate in CAT and having experience
in handling 'services' matter for Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal.
Principal Bench, Delhi.
3. Good communication skill and good knowledge of law and procedure.
Desirable Qualification
Copy of the order/judgement in at least 10 cases of the 'services' matter in which the applicant
advocate has appeared may be enclosed along with the application.
Mode of Selection
1. The mode of selection will be interaction/interview by a selection committee.
2. In case a large number of applications are received, Services department reserves the
right to short-list the applications and the right to decide the criteria of short-listing.
3. Candidates so short-listed will then be called for interaction. Intimation will be sent at the
correspondence address or email address, as given in the application form or through
phone call lat the telephone number given by the applicant.
4. Candidates will have to produce all original documents at the time of the
interview/interaction.
The department reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any
reason. The application submitted will not bind this department to consider him/her for selection.
Desirous and eligible Advocates/Counsel shall send separate application for each post in the
prescribed format complete in all respects along with copies of judgments and orders superscribed as
“Application for empanelment as advocates for Services department. GNCTD, Panel for
