I write this criminal report affidavit regarding C. Boyden Gray, a regional killer, a eugenicist and a criminally
senile 79-year-old criminal lawyer, who has been killing innocent and healthy people for too long without penalty. I
write this affidavit with respect to the continuation of his killing programs without arrest, when such an arrest is
urgently needed.

With respect to the above noted Bronx NY fire and gas killings, please see the attached exhibits 6- 25 which show
steps in Regional Killer Boyden Gray Bronx regional killings via the below in writing and noted: Regional Killer
Boyden Gray name aligned Con Ed plots. I seek an investigation and arrest of C. Boyden Gray for his manifested,
replicated, and name aligned, Con Ed Plots, that have left several adults and children dead, when this could have
been prevented. Please see the below Regional Killer Boyden Gray name aligned Con Ed Plots that have
effectuated the above noted NYC unwarranted building fire and gas explosion assassinations and induced
hospitalizations.

I seek the stoppage of Regional Killer Boyden Gray continued assassinations and assassination programming of
New Yorkers due to disabled criminal justice agents. I further seek the arrest of Regional Killer C. Boyden Gray
for lodging induced fire devices, incendiaries in my building, 3230 Cruger Avenue, and in my home, in alleged
brand-new furniture, and for programming/plotting the attached, exhibits 26-38, other multiple assassination
programs, without penalty. His crimes and killing are in writing, picture form, and exemplified in the news, and
the attached exhibits with evidence.

Regional Killer Boyden Gray is a deadly, sick, senile and demon possessed man, who has been killing innocent and
healthy people for too long, without penalty. Please see the exhibits attached and reference section. This is an
appeal, on behalf of public safety, to remove this regional killer psychopath away from further harming children,
seniors, women, and other populations of people, he thinks he can kill, torture, disable and harm, and get away
with these killings and crimes. His crimes and killing are no longer in the secrecy mode. They have to be stopped.

Regional Killer Boyden Gray and his Nigra/o, crime partner and fictitious fire commissioner concoction, are the
liable real parties of interest, who are programming the Bronx NY military grade fire device induced gas
explosions and building fire killings. Regional Killer Boyden Gray is using his name aligned, Oakridge Laboratory
to funnel in his induce fire military weapons to the fictitious fire commissioner. The fictitious FDNY commissioner
has felons and crowd managers, set aside to care for the explosives and to enjoin in bomb throwing, at the plotted
staged fire events.

The FDNY satanic cult member and illusory fire commissioner, he is the military explosives and incendiaries
distributor. He gets Regional killer Boyden Gray military induce fire devices to the criminals who plant the devices
in targeted no front door lock buildings. See attached pictures. The Regional Killer Boyden Gray name aligned
Oakridge Laboratory is the criminal entity creating Regional Killer Boyden Gray’s criminal military grade
explosives, pyrotechnics, incendiaries, and several other military weapons to kill, infest, induce hospitalize, and
create undead, New York civilians, which are healthy people, criminally labeled dead, while alive.

His undead creations are being criminally preserved, in the hospitals, under his plotted attached medical error

targeted buildings. He has used counterfeit law making to enjoin felons as third parties in his building level plotted

The attached exhibits 6-39 show Regional Killer Boyden Gray incendiary induced building level gas explosions and
fire atrocity, plots. He is programming the planting of unregulated, military grade, incendiaries, in targeted
buildings, to induce gas explosions and building fires, to kill, induce hospitalize and disenfranchise targeted healthy
people. The disenfranchisement, induced homelessness is done for his creation of easy prey for further eugenic
assassination programming.

He criminally created the living/dead, organ supply for body brokers, and killed off half of the African and Haitian
populations of people using his unregulated induced disaster programming/plotting’s, using unsupervised, military

from his programmed military grade explosive killings. He is using his plotted man-made disasters and atrocities,

He is thereafter mentoring state and federal officials on how to get funds for manmade disasters, but funding is
only for those willing, to replicate and triplicate the use of the money for his continued plotted killings.

He is programming his military grade incendiary induce regional gas explosion and fire killings for the state
officials to apply for disaster relief money, that has to be used for more killing, just like he is using his attached
name aligned Covid fraud money for more killings. In fact, his unsupervised Covid fraud money, is what is paying
for his plotted and manifested regional incendiary induced fires and gas explosions. His Bronx regional incendiary
induced gas explosions and fire killings are practice for his plotted state fires using his, unregulated, unsupervised,

He is using his military grade incendiaries, explosives and weapons to kill civilians, because he was never stopped
from killing massively previously. Above all, he is using his induced man -made disasters and atrocities, to
generate more undead creations, live people labeled dead. His incendiary smoke content has induced
unresponsiveness capabilities, that’s one set of his plotted undead creations. He has felons planted and prepared in
the NYC fire departments to be transported all over to use his fire department created counterfeit respirator, to
induce unresponsiveness and coma like status. That is another one of his plotted undead creations. Please see

Please investigate Regional Killer Boyden Gray’s unregulated, patterned and practiced criminal fictional
administration of planting actors and actresses in key NYC agency positions, to betray the constitution
and facilitate his eugenic assassination programming. Some of them are using false names, with racist
connotations, that identify and taunt Regional Killer Boyden Gray’s targeted prey for eugenic

The Fire Commissioner, appointed by the Mayor of the City of New York, is the civilian administrator
and head of the Department. The current, and 33rd Fire Commissioner in the Department's history,
is Daniel A. Nigro. Commissioner Nigro was appointed by Mayor Bill de Blasio in 2014.

today and I have reported this unauthorized gas turn off harassment to authorities.

Again, Con Edison, please send a Con Edison official, to turn my gas back on with appropriate safety
measures like I had before the gas line tampering and sabotage. To all officials, please note, the electricity
in my apartment is being tampered with/sabotaged. January 13, 2022, I was laying down and an
electrical wire, seem to be tasered/popped and black smoke was all over the room. I aired out the room
and unplugged everything. The only thing connected was my printer and it was off. This was the second
time out of nowhere an electrical fire was started on its own. I have lived here over 20 years, and this has
never happened before. It is my contention that a Regional Killer Boyden Gray name aligned incendiary,
a fire device, was criminally placed in my home and was activated by a directed energy weapon
assault/tasering. I believe this is how Regional Killer Boyden Gray plotted and programmed the above
noted 9 Bronx building fires and gas explosions. He is using criminals to plant military grade induce fire
and explosion weapons. Thereafter he is activating the military induce fire and explosion devices with
directed energy weapons, all weapons come from his exhibits 35 and 36, DEFAUD THE UNITED
STATES UNSUPERVISED VIRAL KILLING GENERATED WELL FUNDED LABORATORIES. His

He is obsessed with his toxic smoke content embedded in his killer military fire devices. He has fire
devices, incendiaries created, and furniture created with incendiaries, to burn more toxic smoke than
fire. The incendiary smoke content is designed to be deadlier than the fire. All of his fire and gas crimes
and killings, including his fire device implantation in my home, emphasis is on the black smoke content,
as the smoke is by design toxic and prepared to kill and induce unresponsiveness, for undead creations.
