Cedar Grove community, husband of Inez Lollis Rogers, died Sept. 3, 1989,
at his home following an extended illness.
Born in Williamston, he was the son of the late Charlie and Georgia Davis Rogers. He was
retired textile employee and a member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church.
Surviving are wife; son, Donnie Rogers of Belton; brothers, Aaron Rogers of Williamston,
Eddie Rogers of Anderson; sisters, Mrs. Ralph Addie Lee) Rogers of Williamston, Mrs. J.A.
(Janie) Morgan of Pendleton; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Funeral at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Grove Baptist church by the Revs. Mike Moody and Roy
Richardson. Burial in the church cemetery.

Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late John 1. and Sophia Rogers Holcombe.
She was formerly employed with Pelzer Mill, a self-employed dis tJibutor of Raleigh Products,
and a member of Williamston Pentecostal Holiness Church. SW'Viving are a sister, Thelma
Hawkins of West P~lzer; a broth er, Rufus Holcombe of Hickory Tavern; four grandchildren,
Brenda Doyle, Cathy Sanders, Mon-is Duncan, Steve Duncan; seven great grandchildren; two
