The 18-monthholdonprocessingnew applicationsisnotexpectedtoaffectaggregate supplyforimportantupcomingprojects. The holdisnotbeingappliedretroactivelytofive applicationscurrentlyinprogressandwillnot affectexistingaggregatelicences,wheresup- pliesareexpectedtolastseveralyears.
