The N.N.A. is planning a winter banquet. This is an opportunity to get out of the house and meet with others interested in the hobby. Steve Drake is planning this event for January 22 at 6:30 pm. It will be held at the Durham-Western Heritage Museum, 801 South 10th Street in Omahs. After the banquet we will visit the Bryon Reed Exhibit. If you haven't seen this exhibit yet this is an excellent time to do so. The cost of the banquet and viewing of the exhibit is $7.00. This is a great deal because normally just to visit the museum is $5.00. The menu consists of Fried Chicken, Roast Beef, New Potatoes, Green Beans, Dinner Roll, Coffee/Iced Tea. You don't have to be a member of the N.N.A. to attend our banquet. If you have any questions or would like to make reservations please call Steve Drake at 402-571-5421. Payment must be received by Monday January 17th. There are a few Winter club shows that I hope you will attend to help support these clubs and maybe find that special coin you were looking for. Grand Island is having a show January 22&23, Nebraska City February 13th, Lincoln Coin Club March 12th and SAC/Midwest April 2nd. Hope to see you at the Winter Banquet and at the coins shows listed.
