THE CORPORATE LOBBY
Business interests dominate in the halls of North Carolina's General Assembly. More than three-quarters of groups hiring lobbyists are business groups or associations. While many don't fall
neatly on the left/right political spectrum, as a group they tend to oppose regulations, favor lower taxes and hold positions more closely aligned to the center-right. Below is a list all registered
