Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas, 77058 The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Commercial Crew Development (CCDev) – 2 Program is managed within the new Commercial Crew Program Office (CCPO) to help develop a commercial crew transportation system to low earth orbit (LEO). It is intended to foster entrepreneurial activities with a few selected companies.
