It really narrows down a search quite well. I have some family notes about cemetery where some of my ancestors are buried in Schuylkill County, PA. According to notes these Eiler names are buried in a different section of the cemetery. Who knows if they are somehow connected to my tree way back! They do seem to fit in somewhat with your "E J 1" File?
