Head Start health coordinators, local health officers and local sanitarians are also included along with information about staff within the Department of Health and Environmental Sciences. Some agencies are missing; some were inadvertently overlooked; others did not return the data forms provided. It is our expectation that the directory will facilitate communication among health care providers in Montana and referrals for Montana residents from '^^Qut-bf-state facilities. The directory will be updated yearly, with supplemental informa- tion provided on an occasional basis. A data sheet has been included at the end of the directory which can be copied and provided to persons joining your staff. Montana statutes require that this directory not be used as a mailing list and no permission is given for such use. Use of this list for unsolicited mass mailings, house calls or distribution is prohibited and may constitute a misdemeanor punishable by fine of up to $500 and imprisonment of up to 6 months. This list may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or sold to any person or organization.
