Aside from aerial photography, she photographs artists, musicians, gardens, and landscapes. Jason Foley, formerly a collegiate flight instructor, is now flying for a regional airline. Lt. Col. Michael France recently retired from the U.S. Air Force. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Fighter Weapons School, with more than 3,000 hours in military aircraft, including 2,800 hours in the F-16 Fighting Falcon. He holds a bachelor of science in engineering science from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a master’s of science in engineering from Arizona State University. Marcella Gallardo is a graphic artist and illustrator whose work includes everything from industrial schemat- ics to children’s book illustrations. She lives in Massachusetts. Major Doug Hadley is a member of the U.S. Air Force. He is an F-16 instructor pilot with more than 2,200 flight hours and more than 1,200 hours of instructor pilot time. Chris Kirschman, a captain in the U.S. Air Force, is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Weapons School. He has 10 years of experience flying combat aircraft and is currently training EC-130H students at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. Montgomery Knott is a freelance project editor.
