The specimensare collected from the Upper part grayish(cid:1)green mudstone and shale of the Lower Member of the Middle Triassic TongchuanFormation (Tr ), Tongchuan Region, ShaanxiProvince, China. 2t Accordingtothe venational characters, especiallyRsand Mwith4branchesrespectively, these newgenera and speciesshould bereferredtoMesopanoropodidaeandbelongto newmembersof the Tongchuan Entomassemblage of Shaanxi Entomofauna (one group of Shaanxifauna or Shaanxi Biota). The Tongchuan Formation, bearing insectsand other fossils, can be corresponded to EuropeanMidtriassicLadinian stage.
