ARPSC members who provide this ser- vice will have uniform training and screening to insure that they will conduct themselves properly on nets and in the field. The most important intendment for ARPSC unit is to be active, visible, organized and professional, thus improving the image of amateur radio operators within local municipalities, counties and across the state. The key leadership position that provides these intendments is the local Emergency Coordinator/Radio Officer (EC/RO). THE MICHIGAN SECTION ARPSC STRUCTURE On the pages that follow, we will outline the ARPSC structure within the Michigan Section. ARPSC organiza- tions may be established at the municipal, county and state level.
