NOTIFICATION NANDED SIKH GURUDWARA SACHKHAND SHRI HAZLR APCHALNAGAR SAHIB ACT , 1956 . No. S -3 0 /2 019 /C .R.276 /J - 7 ( A )- W hereas ,t he Government ofM aharashtra has ,v ide Government Notification , Revenue and Forests Department , No. GUR -2 018 /C .R.67 /J - 7 ( A) , dated the 8th March 2019 (h ereinafter referred to as “t he said notification "), i ssued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -s ections (4 ) and (5 ) of section 6 and sub -s ection (1 ) of section 11 of the Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Act , 1956 (H yd .A ct No. XXXVII of 1956 )c onstituted 't he Nanded Sikh Gurudwara Sachkhand Shri Hazur Apchalnagar Sahib Board 'c onsisting of the nine members specified therein and also nominated President of the said Board ; And whereas , Sachkhand Hazuri Khalsa Diwan , Nanded has ,u nder clause (v iii ) of sub -s ection (1 )o f section 6 of the said Act ,n ominated Sardar Gurucharan Singh Uttam Singh Ghadisaj , Sardar Shersingh Hirasingh Fauji ,S ardar Surjitsingh Shersingh Fauji ,S ardar Surendersingh Ajayabsingh to be the members of the said Board ; And whereas , the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to notify the above mentioned persons nominated by the Sachkhand Hazuri Khalsa Diwan ,N anded as members of the said Board . Sardar Gurucharan Singh Uttam Singh Ghadisaj , 11 . Sardar Shersingh Hirasingh Fauji , Nominated under section 6 (1 ) ( v iii )." 12 . Sardar Surjitsingh Shersingh Fauji , 13 .
