No. F-22-49-201-P-1-XXXL—In exercise of powers conferred by provise fw Article 109 of the
Constitution of lasia, te Governor of Mudhya Pradesh, herby, makes the following amendment in the
Mudhya Pradesh Water Resourect Engineering and Geological Service. (Now-Gaveited) Class-ttl
(Ministerial) Recruitment Roles, 1969 namely—

AMENDMENT
In the said rules, in sebedule-II, in column no.(6j against Seriol no 2,
for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted,

namely, +
(Superior Clerkship examination conducted by Water

Resource Department passed Assistant Grade-IT.

25% of the post shuld be filled by Assistant Grade-TI whe

have passed minimum 4 subjects of Superior Clerkship

examination conducted by Water Resources Department
and crossed 45 yeurs of age -

{iil) Such Assisafant Grade-II & Assisatant Grade-I,Who have
completed 45 yeurs of age and not passed superior
Clerkship examination of Madhya Pradesh Water
Resources department but completed the eligible service
period siiall be exempted from pussing the super Clerkship
examination for granting them higher time seale only.
