Tell whether each of the following would be a valid contract or not. For each one that wouldn't be valid, explain what element is missing. © a. Mr. Lopez, hearing that Mr. Jones wants to buy a used car, invites him into the local bar to see if they can reach a d eal. A w eek later, Adrienne returns to the store and hands back the jewellery she'd bought, demanding her deposit back. Ms. Blumhagen insists that Adrienne must live up to her contract and pay what she owes, pointing out in particular that several items she bought were earrings and studs for piercings and cannot now be resold. Explain the legal position of both parties to this contract.
