Wecannolongerdiscussleadershipingeneralterms.Theapproach to leading change must be situational. Thereforethisbookwillnotseektoaddressleadershipinageneral sense,but will discuss leadership in the contextof changeand trans- formation. I have done my best to write a book that is plain-speaking by eliminating a lot of consulting jargon that casts a veil and makes the do-ablecomplex.
