THE following rules are hereby established for the despatch of business in the Supreme Court during the year 1957. TERMS, SITTINGS, VACATIONS. ETC. 1. The Terms, Holidays, Vacations, Circuits, and Sittings of the Court shall be those shown in the Law Almanac annexed hereto. COMMON LAW JURISDICTION. 2. Motions generally may be made on any Monday or Thursday during the sittings of the Full Court either in or out of Term, and on such other days as may be appointed. Chamber business before a Judge or the Prothonotary will be taken on such days and at such times as may be appointed. EQUITY JURISDICTION. 3. The Court will sit for the hearing of witness causes in Equity on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, at 10 a.m. Applica- tions for interim injunction or for a receiver, or relating to the liberty of the subject, will be taken on any day at 10 a.m. All other matters M. Equity will be taken on Fridays at 10 a.m., and on other days by direction or leave of a Judge sitting in Equity. COMPANY MATTERS. Company matters will be taken on Monday mornings or at such other times as the Court shall direct. LUNACY JURISDICTION. 4. Matters in Lunacy will be heard on Thursdays at 10 a.m. PROBATE JURISDICTION. 5. Summonses and motions will be taken by the Probate Judge on Mondays at 10 a.m., or at such other times as he shall appoint. AU other Probate matters will be taken by the Probate Judge at such times as be shall appoint. MATRIMONIAL CAUSES JURISDICTION. S. Causes will be heard at such times as may be directed by the Judge. Matters before the Registrar will be beard from Monday to Friday inclusive each week at 10.15 a.m., except during Vacation when matters will be taken on such days and at such times as may be appointed.
